Return Policy
At Merci by KT, every piece is handcrafted with intention and care. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Custom, personalized, or final-sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mercibykt.com with your order number.
Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are a natural part of the craft and are not considered defects.

Repair turnaround time: Most repairs are completed within 1–2 weeks. You will receive an email confirmation once your piece is ready to ship back to you. Shipping costs for repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Send a Repair
- Email us at hello@mercibykt.com with photos of the piece and a description of the issue.
- We will confirm the repair cost and provide a shipping address.
- Pack your jewelry securely and ship it with a tracking number.
- Once received, we will complete the repair and ship it back to you.
